Not only is the initial cost to list a home on the MLS free the amount of international, internet, TV and paper advertising you get is amazing compared to 3-4 lines a new paper with no color and no pictures. To place a typical Real Estate Ad in the news paper cost around $380 for 4-7 days, this is outrageous, they paper should be ashamed of itself and you should be ashamed of your self if you pay it. Not only it it highway robbery it does not work. No one looks in the news paper to find a home anymore, that's useless.
